Tax Checklist – Personal (T1)
In order to ensure that you have all the necessary paperwork to accurately complete your personal tax return, please review the checklist below.
New clients are also advised to bring in the following:
- Social Insurance Card
- Previous year’s Tax Return
- Previous year’s Notice of Assessment
- Birth Certificates for any children under the age of 18
